Abstract Guidelines:
- Abstract Submission opens on 1stFebruary 2025 and closes on 31stMay 2025
- Abstracts must be submitted through the dedicated portal: https://ifascon2025.com/
- The site will stop accepting abstracts after 1st May 2025. Abstracts received via email will not be evaluated.
- The presenting author must submit the abstract themselves
- A presenting author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts for consideration at IFASCON 2025.
- The decision on abstract evaluation will be communicated to the presenting author via email by 15th May 2025.
Submission Category:
- All abstracts must be submitted in English, using Times New Roman, font size 12, and double spacing.
- To ensure a blinded review, do not include identifying features such as the names of hospitals, medical colleges, clinics, or locations in the title or text of the abstract.
- Do not include the names of authors or their affiliations in the body of the abstract. There will be a separate section to enter author details and affiliations on the submission platform.
- The material in the abstract must be original and not previously published.
- The title should be as brief as possible but clear enough to indicate the nature of the study. Abbreviations should not be used in the title, and the title should not be written entirely in capital letters.
- The abstract is limited to 350 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, etc.)
- Structure your abstract using the following subheadings:
- Background
- Aims & Objectives
- Materials/Patients & Methods: Describe the selection of observations or experimental subjects in detail
- Results: Present your results in a logical sequence.
- Conclusions: Highlight new and important aspects of the study and the conclusions drawn from them.
- Limitations
- Conflict of Interest: A declaration of conflict of interest is mandatory.
- No references, graphs, figures, or tables should be included with the abstract submission.
- Check spelling and grammar carefully. The abstract text will not be edited and will be reproduced exactly as submitted in the e-abstract book.
